The holiday complex is located in a special part of Spain on the Costa Tropical. This coast has not yet been affected by mass tourism. The Costa Tropical is characterised by authentic villages, atmospheric beaches and cosy seaside resorts. It is located in the middle of nature but a stone's throw from the beach and cities such as Malaga and Granada. In addition, the complex is an hour away from the Sierra Nevada, with peaks up to some 3,500 metres. Skiing is plentiful here in winter. In summer, the area is perfect for mountain sports enthusiasts.
Less than 10 minutes from the motorway between Malaga and Almeria is this dream spot. You can reach the holiday complex via a romantic country road, which is very easily accessible. As soon as you close the car door, your attention is drawn to the breathtaking views. What a wonderful place! So close to civilisation and yet you feel like you are alone in the world.
The complex is located on an estate of some 60,000 square metres. It consists of seven flats and a restaurant. The main building consists of three flats. There are also four detached holiday homes scattered around the estate. The views are spectacular. At the front, you can see the Mediterranean, with the contours of Morocco as a bonus on clear days. At the back, you overlook the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada in winter. The remaining views consist of slopes with almond, olive and cork oak trees with some typically Spanish white villages in between. The flats and holiday homes of the complex are luxuriously and modernly furnished and fully equipped. There is a spacious veranda and a private garden in front or next to the accommodation. Both the living room and the bedroom(s) are air-conditioned. In the middle of the property you will find a common living room where breakfast is served in the morning. There are enough seats here for a large group to have breakfast or for everyone to enjoy their own breakfast. This meeting place is located by the central pool and is also the ideal place for lunch, drinks or a cosy dinner. Currently, the bar is in use as a honosty bar where guests specify what they consume themselves. Of course, other exploitations are also possible here.
